Words written in 2014: 75,814 in fic (by AO3's count) over 22 fics varying from a 296-word drabble to a 21k monster that I dropped unfinished (I'd only gotten four chapters in!) Dropping OutSeveral years ago, I dropped out of fandom when life got to be a little too much to handle. I came back for a little while, but I need to leave again. I've officially declared my WIPs abandoned (I'm so sorry if you were waiting for some of these to be continued) and I probably won't be doing any more translations. My wordcount has not changed since the last wordcount update: I'm still at 56,500+ words for the year. However, it doesn't include the 5k+ words I've written over the last two weeks or so that are going towards the project I am hopefully posting next weekend. (We'll see. It may need to be extended. T_T I would rather not, though.)

AO3 now has me down at 56,500+ words for 2014. This is an increase of 5,400 words since my last wordcount post about two weeks ago. I didn't think I'd be writing anything this month, but clearly I underestimated my ability to write when frustrated. O_o

AO3 tells me I now have written 51,100+ words in 2014 (I don't think this includes my NPT fic, though I could be wrong.) This is an increase of 6,500 or so words since the last time I posted a word count update on June 15, so that's 6,500 words in 2 weeks. As I am now entering 2Q close busy season, I doubt the word count is going to budge much in ( Read more... )
